Hi, I would like to learn how can I calculate the measurment of my rope. For example, when I want to crochet a necklace for 45 cm,while I string the beads how can I understand.

It depends on how many beads per row you are going to have. For example, if your pattern requires 6 beads per row and the total lenght is 45 cm, you need to string 6 x 45 = 270 cm of beads. :)

Greeting! Thanks for sharing your beautiful creations. I was wondering how many beads to start the chain with. I couldn't seem to find it on any of the patterens. Unless I just don't understand them. :-).

Oh thank you so much for all your hard work! I would never have tried beaded crochet if I hadn't seen the ropes you made! And all these patterns are beautiful!! Thanks again! :)

I love the design and thank you for sharing. Do you have or know of a reference on increasing the number of beads as you move along a crochet rope necklace?

Thank you for every comment you leave. I do appreciate it a lot. :) However, due to outrageous amount of spam, every comment for posts older than 5 days is reviewed before it appears on the site. But don't worry, as long as you're not a spam bot, your comment will be published. ;) Thank you for understanding. :)

Bellissimi!

ReplyDeleteWhen I click on the image I get a .dbb file? What program can open this format?

ReplyDeleteThe file can be opened and edited in free JBead program. It is available here: http://www.jbead.ch/Download.html

DeleteI have tried to open these images with the jbead program. Keep getting a syntax error message. Help please!

ReplyDeleteOnly the rose pattern is a dbb file that can be viewed in JBead, the rest are just image files...

DeleteI have been trying to open the Rose file... but I keep getting an error in JBead. Is it possible for you to publish and image file?

ReplyDeleteUnfortunately it isn't possible, however if you contact me to my e-mail address I can send you a pdf file with the pattern. :)

ReplyDeleteHello, thanks so much for providing these patterns! However,I am a bit confused. Is the circumference the about to start the chain with.

ReplyDeleteYes, the circumference is the number of beads per row :)
